Functional Summary

I know what it takes to get and keep most computers working. I have
had years of professional experience building, configuring, upgrading,
troubleshooting, supporting, and repairing many mainstream business computer
and network systems. I know every step of the process from where to find the
right parts to setting up the finished product for our users. I have supported
more varied software packages than I can name from an administrator level. I
am also learning many other processes as well, most recently in the area of web
development.
